Terms of Service

By creating a PassMark account or using any part of the PassMark service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use PassMark. These terms apply to all users of PassMark including free and paid subscribers.

PassMark is an AI-powered study tool for students. You may use PassMark to: • Upload your own documents (past papers, notes, textbooks) • Generate flashcards, quizzes, summaries and exam prep materials • Access AI-powered tutoring and solutions You may not use PassMark to: • Upload content that you do not have the right to share • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the service • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Share your account credentials with others

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. PassMark is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@passmark.africa. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Student Plan costs ₦8,000 per month and is billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Student Plan access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. Refunds are offered at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email hello@passmark.africa within 7 days of the charge.

The PassMark application, its design, and all code are the intellectual property of PassMark. Your uploaded documents remain your property. By uploading documents, you grant PassMark a limited licence to process those documents for the purpose of generating study content for you. AI-generated content (flashcards, quizzes, solutions) created from your documents is yours to use for personal study purposes.

PassMark provides AI-generated study content as a study aid. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher or official study materials. PassMark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassMark is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to PassMark in the previous 3 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of PassMark after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
